hello! by placing an order, you agree to these policies. i work with a print-on-demand service to make and ship your items.

delivery & shipping

when will i get my order?

  • it usually takes 3 to 7 business days to fulfill your order

  • after that, shipping depends on where you are:

    • usa: 3 to 4 business days

    • europe: 6 to 8 business days

    • australia: 2 to 14 business days

    • japan: 4 to 8 business days

    • other international: 10 to 20 business days

where do orders ship from?
your order ships from the facility closest to you that can get it done fastest.

customs, duties & taxes

if you’re ordering internationally, customs fees or import taxes might apply. those fees are set by your local customs office and aren’t included in my prices.

if your order hasn’t arrived

before reaching out, please:

  • double-check the shipping address in your confirmation email

  • ask your local post office if they’re holding the package

  • check with your neighbors in case it was left nearby

if you still can’t find it, email me at [email protected] with your order number. if the address was wrong, i can resend your order but you’ll cover the cost.

shipping restrictions

we don’t ship to some countries because of legal rules or shipping carrier limits. this list might change depending on what’s happening around the world.

right now, we don’t ship to:

  • crimea, luhansk, and donetsk regions of ukraine

  • russia

  • belarus

  • the gaza strip region of palestine

  • ecuador

  • cuba

  • iran

  • syria

  • north korea

note: because of the war, shipping to ukraine is super limited. we can only ship stuff that's made in our latvia facility.

some carriers might also pause international shipping to certain places because of natural disasters, war, or other disruptions. for the latest updates, check the USPS service disruptions page.

orders & tracking

how are products made?
items are printed and shipped by my print-on-demand partner from the closest facility to you.

how do i track my order?
once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link by email. if you need help, just email me at [email protected].

received the wrong or damaged item?
please email me within 7 days at [email protected] with:

  • photos of the item

  • your order number

  • a quick description of the problem

i’ll do my best to fix it quickly.

returns, refunds & exchanges

do you accept returns or exchanges?
because everything is made to order, i don’t accept returns or exchanges. please check sizing charts carefully before buying.

what about refunds?
refunds are only for wrong or damaged items. email me within 30 days with photos and your order number.

size or color swaps?
i don’t offer exchanges. if something was mislabeled or made incorrectly, let me know within 7 days and i’ll make it right.

return & reshipment details

wrong address
if you or your customer gives an address the courier can’t deliver to, the package gets sent back to me. you’ll be responsible for reshipment costs after i confirm your updated address.

unclaimed packages
if packages aren’t picked up, they get returned to me and you’ll cover reshipment costs.

no printful account
if you haven’t set up a printful.com account with billing info, any returned orders because of a wrong address or unclaimed package won’t be reshipped. they’ll be donated to charity at your cost without a refund.

sealed goods & face masks
for hygiene reasons, returns on sealed goods like face masks aren’t accepted and won’t be reshipped. these items will be disposed of.

returns by customers
if customers want to return something, they should contact you first. except for customers in Brazil, i don’t refund for buyer’s remorse. if you accept returns or size swaps, you’ll need to place a new order at your expense.

Brazil customers have 7 days after delivery to request a return for unused items by contacting customer service with a photo. used or damaged items can’t be refunded.

claims & lost shipments

any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. for packages lost in transit, claims need to be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. if it’s my error, i cover the costs.

if you or your customers notice any problem with your order, please send a problem report.

legal & other notes

  • the default return address is my printful partner’s facility. unclaimed returns are donated after 30 days.

  • if you don’t use the printful facility as the return address, you’ll be responsible for any returned shipments you get.

  • this policy is governed by the english language regardless of any translations.
